Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the departure date.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
2. Health & Safety
- Participants are advised to carry personal hand sanitizer and follow hygiene practices.
- Guests who are unwell (fever, cough, etc.) should not join the tour and must inform the company in advance.
- Participants must bring sufficient personal medication for the duration of the trip.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
3. Participant Conduct
- Respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities is required.
- Misconduct (including harassment, abusive language, illegal activity, or substance abuse) may result in removal from the tour at the reasonable discretion of the tour leader.
- Refunds in such cases, if any, will be determined based on the situation.
4. Prohibited Items
- Illegal or restricted items, including weapons and narcotics, are strictly prohibited.
5. Transportation Conditions
- Air conditioning may be limited or turned off on mountainous terrain for safety and vehicle performance.
6. Accommodation
- Shared accommodation may include 4–5 participants per room, with a combination of beds and mattresses. Cooperation with roommates is expected.
7. Itinerary Changes
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, political conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible.
8. Minimum Participants
- Trips are subject to a minimum number of participants. If this requirement is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including natural hazards and unforeseen events.
- The company will take reasonable measures to ensure safety but is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. Emergency & Medical Costs
- Any costs related to medical treatment, emergency evacuation, or rescue services will be the responsibility of the participant.
11. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
12. Insurance
- Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
Cancellation Conditions & Refund Policy
13. Cancellation by Participant
- 10 days or more before departure: 50% refund of advance payment
- 7–9 days before departure: 30% refund of advance payment
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
14. No-Show / Late Arrival
- Failure to join the tour at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will apply.
15. After Trip Start
- No refunds will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.
16. Company-Initiated Changes
- In case of cancellations or major changes due to force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disasters, political unrest, road closures), reasonable alternatives or credits may be offered.
17. Non-Refundable Costs
- Certain third-party costs (e.g., hotels, permits, transport bookings) may be non-refundable and deducted from any applicable refund.
18. Pricing & Additional Charges
- Prices are quoted in PKR. Any foreign currency equivalents are approximate. In case of significant fuel price increases:
o PKR 10 increase → PKR 1,000 per person (~CAD 5)
o PKR 20 increase → PKR 2,000 per person (~CAD 10)
- Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
- Additional services or extended stays will be charged separately.
- Extra day charge: PKR 4,000 per person (~CAD 20)
19. Inclusions & Exclusions
- Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Personal expenses, optional activities, and services not listed are not included.
20. Environmental Responsibility
- Participants must respect the environment. Littering or environmental damage will not be tolerated.
21. Respect & Non-Discrimination
- Respect for all cultures, religions, and individuals is mandatory. Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
22. Photography & Media
- The company may capture photos/videos during the trip for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to appear must inform the company in advance.
23. Customer Responsibility
- Participants must follow local laws, safety guidelines, and instructions from guides at all times.
24. Force Majeure
- Force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, road closures, and government restrictions.
25. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
26. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in good faith with the aim of reaching a fair resolution.
27. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a tour, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
