RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation by Customer
- If cancellation is made 10 days or more before departure: → 50% refund of the advance amount
- If cancellation is made 7–9 days before departure: → 30% refund of the advance amount
- If cancellation is made less than 7 days before departure: → No refund
2. No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not join the trip at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and NO refund will be issued.
3. After Trip Start
- NO refunds will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.
4. Company-Initiated Changes
- In case the trip is canceled or significantly altered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns), reasonable alternatives or credits may be offered at the company’s discretion.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment where possible.
6. Non-Refundable Costs
- Certain third-party costs (e.g., hotel bookings, permits, transport reservations) may be non-refundable and deducted from any applicable refund.
